When do babies start teething? Is it the same time of growth for all baby teeth? How do I know my baby is teething?
Baby teeth begin to appear, at different ages on each baby and sometimes require a little time before beginning to show.

At the age of three most children will have all his first teeth or milk teeth 20bh. If your baby reaches the age of twelve months and has not had his first tooth, you should consult with your dentist.

Growth in every baby's teeth are very varied and no two children will have the same schedule of dental growth.

The signs that we can see that your baby is growing his first tooth:

More fussy.
Crying in the night.
Excessive Saliva.
Insertingfingers , toys, etc.into the mouth .
gums swollen, red.
Increased demand for milk or milk bottles.
Refusing to drink milk or milk bottle because sucking cause pain.
reduced appetite.
Sleep disturbed.

An important note to remember: The growth of the teeth NOT cause high Fever, sleep problems, diarrhea, or low body's defense against infection. Believing this myth can cause handling problems which really become a delayed disease or a serious illness can be diagnosed late.
